I've never had any treatment before. Where do I begin?

A consultation. Always. Lee spends time understanding your skin, your concerns, and what you're hoping for. There's never any pressure to proceed, and no treatment is ever recommended unless Lee genuinely believes it's right for you.

I'm worried about looking overdone. How do I know I won't end up looking "done"?

This is the most common concern Lee hears — and a completely valid one. The overdone look comes from too much product, the wrong product, or the wrong hands. Lee's entire philosophy is built on restraint and precision. The goal is always that nobody notices anything except that you look well.

How do I know I'm in safe hands?

Does it hurt?

Most clients are surprised by how comfortable everything is. Injectable treatments use very fine needles and topical anaesthetic where appropriate. Energy-based treatments are designed to be comfortable. Lee will always talk you through what to expect before anything begins.

How long do results last?

It varies by treatment. Anti-wrinkle treatments typically last 3–4 months. Dermal fillers can last 9 months to 2 years depending on product and area. Bio-stimulators like Profhilo and Sculptra produce results that improve over time and last considerably longer. Lee will always give you a realistic, honest timeline.

What's the difference between Profhilo and dermal fillers?

Fillers add volume and structure to specific areas. Profhilo spreads through the skin stimulating collagen and elastin across a wide area. Think of fillers as sculpting and Profhilo as skin conditioning. Many clients benefit from both working in complementary ways.

Safety & Aftercare

Is there any downtime?

Many treatments have no downtime at all — you can come in on your lunch break and return to work immediately. Some deeper treatments may cause temporary redness for a day or two. Lee will always brief you clearly on what to expect so you can plan accordingly.

What if I don't like the result?

Hyaluronic acid fillers are fully reversible with a dissolving enzyme. Anti-wrinkle treatments are temporary by nature. Lee's conservative approach means this situation is rare — but it's genuinely reassuring to know the option exists.
